Ivy Cottage is in Sennen village ,it's over 200 years old.
Built of local granite, it has recently been renovated and fitted with a modern kitchen.
Inside, you will enjoy the comfort and warmth provided by the Rayburn cooker , and, outside , the small flower garden and lawn with the view of passing ships.
The cottage comfortably sleeps four.
It's about a quarter of an hour walk down to the harbour and beach.
Lots of fishing boats to inspect, lobster pots, fishing nets, and maybe see a catch unloaded.
Sennen beach is a blue flag beach and lifeguards keep an eye on the swimmers, surfers , bodyboarders etc...
Inside, the cottage is light , cheerful and cosy .
It is furnished with rural simplicity, but comfort.
There are distant views of the sea, passing ships, and the famous Wolf Rock lighthouse.
There is a fully equipped spacious modern kitchen.
Heating and hot water is provided by an oil fired Rayburn cooker.
There is also an electric cooker/oven, and modern electric radiators .
