There are two parking spaces outside the property; one of which is for your use, the other is used by the residents of Bay Cottage (the property diagonally above 1 Pengelly).

There are three bedrooms on the ground floor while upstairs there is an open plan living, dining and kitchen space with great views of the bay.  Double patio doors lead out onto the terraced garden which is equipped with bar-b-que and garden furniture.  The garden is also easily accessed by the steps to the side of the property which provides joint access to Bay Cottage. 

1 Pengelly Court is a is a 'stone's throw' from the beach and sea making it a great place for families or couples to enjoy the sands and allows easy access to the coastal footpaths, ideal for exploring the North Cornwall coast line.

The property is heated by an air-source heat pump and has underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs.  

Well behaved, well trained dogs are welcome with a surcharge of £50 per week per dog.
