Trewartha House is a large five bedroomed double fronted three storey Georgian town house. It has a drawing room with piano, sitting room, study, dining room, modern kitchen, children's playroom and laundry room. The house retains many original features including two open fireplaces and chandeliers.

The house is set in a terrace of  five similar houses just below the Church of St. John the Baptist in a peaceful and quiet no through road.

Children are welcome but toddlers are not advised due to large staircase and nature of garden. There are views from the front bedroom windows of the Harbour and town across the large gardens of the Terrace.

We also have double gated private off street parking for visitors arriving by car (space for one car only). All parking is to the rear of the house.  Our gardens are complete with barbecue and garden furniture.

We are conveniently situated for all that the town has to offer, shops, museums, botanic gardens, cinema, art galleries and tennis club. A Ten minute walk will bring you to the town centre and to Penzance railway.

We are a perfect base for trips to The Isles of Scilly, Mousehole, Lamorna, Porthcurno, Lands End and Sennen. Plus there is the bonus of no taxis fees after enjoying one of the multitudes of restaurants, bars or the theatre in Penzance town.
