Originally an old Milking parlour, this beautifully renovated property offers character and immaculately presented, bright & spacious accommodation.

Situated in the pretty & tranquil valley of Nancherrow, on the edge of St Just and on the Coastal road to St Ives, it is close to some of the most breathtaking coastal walks, beautiful beaches and in an area steeped in true Cornish history.
 
Geevor Tin Mine, Cape Cornwall & Cot Valley are all a short distance away.
The beautiful sandy beaches of Porthcurnnoe; home to the famous Minack Theatre,
Sennen Cove - a superb beach for surfing, Lands End and the quieter coves of Lamorna and Penberth are all a short drive away.

The pretty market town of St Just is a short distance away and accessible via main road or footpath. St Just  has a good range of shops from
butchers, bakers and groceries to pubs, restaurants and numerous potteries & galleries.

The Old Milking Parlour is an ideal base for those wishing to stay in and enjoy the
rugged and breathtaking ever changing landscape of the Far South West.   Walkers and bird watchers will delight in this beautiful part of Cornwall!

All rooms have central heating:

Kitchen / Dining room: Large open plan with wooden farmhouse table and 6 chairs. Extremely well equipped kitchen offering full mod cons to include, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.

French doors into:

Lounge: A lovely bright and spacious room with wooden floors, exposed granite wall and original large beams. French doors leading out on to the sunny patio. 2 seater sofa and two comfy armchairs, French dresser, bookcase, coffee table and T.V with freeview, DVD, CD player and a selection of board games and children's DVD's to enjoy during your stay.

Stairs from lounge:

Master bedroom en suite: Large open plan aspect with 3 windows, exposed granite wall to one side, wooden floor. Double bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps,
wooden dressing table and wardrobe.

En-suite: Shower cubicle, sink and toilet.
From lounge:

Bedroom 2: Light and spacious with deep set window, double bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, wooden chair, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe.

Bedroom 3: Light and spacious with deep set window, single bed, bedside table with lamp, chest of drawers, wardrobe.

Bathroom: Good size with bath, separate shower cubicle, sink, toilet and heated towel rail.

Parking: There is private parking for 1 car and ample street parking to the front of the property.

The Old Milking Parlour is set over 2 floors with the master bedroom en-suite on the first floor and all other rooms on the ground floor.
