This beautiful self catering cottage has a fantastic 38 foot first floor open plan cooking / living / dining area with amazing views over the countryside and out to sea. On clear evenings the Scilly Isles are clearly visible 28 miles away. The sunsets over the sea are often amazing and it feels like another world sitting on the large balcony, drink in hand watching the sun go down, considering what adventures are in store for tomorrow.

On the ground floor are a double bedroom with a king sized bed, and also a twin bedroom. The master bedroom has French doors onto the well planted gardens. There is both hanging storage and shelving in the bedrooms.

The bathroom has a bath and electric shower.

There are all appliances you'd expect at Myn Tea, including washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, halogen hob and double oven, TV and DVD.

In the garden there are plenty of places to sit and dream, or maybe barbecue your dinner. But with so many places to go, you'll be torn between the luxury of just relaxing, and something a whole lot more energetic.
