Bosavern Farm barn cottage, known as Wesleys Barn, was built in 1624 as a two-storey barn. It continued to be used as a farm barn until the 1970’s with the ground floor being used as a milking parlour and the upper floor for animal feed storage. During the late 70’s the land was sold to the adjacent farm and the barn was converted for residential accommodation.

The property has just been completely refurbished to the highest standard, whilst all modern facilities have been provided the character of a barn has been retained with exposed granite walls, original stone lintels and beams.

Each property has two bedrooms, a double bed and a twin bedded room. The accommodation features an open plan living area, oak furniture and leather sofas. There is full central heating, as well as wood burning stoves. Flat screen TV, DVD player and free broadband internet access is provided.

Both kitchens are fully equipped and have high quality units with Bosch appliances including a dishwasher and microwave.

The lower barn has a wet-room with power shower and under-floor heating.

This property has a french door leading directly onto the patio and its private lawned garden.

Both properties have access to a laundry with tumble drier and a gas barbecue.

The barn could be rented as a whole to sleep 8 people, but each unit is completely self-contained for 4 people. There is also a covered area, available to both units, that has a table tennis table and is also suitable for storage of wetsuits and other equipment. Bicycles are available for guests use, please contact the owners in advance for details and to reserve.

The owners are on-hand in the adjacent farmhouse for any local knowledge or should any help be required.
