Lower Cot Mill is a three bed roomed 17th Century corn mill with many original features set in a peaceful, rural hamlet but very handy for local amenities, beaches, activities and Cornish heritage.

Great area for bird watching. Stream at bottom of garden. Children are welcome but toddlers not advised due to spiral staircase and nature of garden.
