A large detached house nestled amidst trees with just two near neighbours, although the house is not overlooked and the garden and orchard are very secluded.
The house offers very spacious accomodation with expansive rural views. It is very light and airy, in excellent order throughout, with oil-fired central heating and even a baby grand piano !
There is much use of natural timber, including pine flooring (no stilletos please!) Non smokers preferred, and the property might not be considered suitable for small children due to a steep drop to the lower orchard garden.
This is a very tranquil setting with miles of wild, open moorland offering lovely walks, with beautiful views to the sea. This is the archaeological heartland of Cornwall with Nine Maidens stone circle, the iron age Chun Castle, and Men an Tol - the famous holed stone - (and many other ancient sites) all within close walking distance.
There is easy access to the coastal pathways, with spectacular clifftop scenery, stunning sea sunsets and one of the finest beaches just minutes away.
