Newlyn is situated between Penzance and Mousehole (1.5 miles in either
direction).  It is a traditional working fishing harbour with long
traditions in the fishing community and famous for its connections with the
Newlyn School of Painting.

A warm welcome awaits you at Harbour View Guest House on Newlyn harbourside.  It has 180 degree sea views across Mounts Bay, St Michael's Mount and down to the Lizard.  We offer comfortable rooms with the full views, CH, TV, radio internet access, plus a large bright guest TV lounge (again with full views)  and use of the kitchen.  Tea/coffee available all day.  All rooms have private facilities.
