Eve’s Cottage dates back to 1740. A former Blacksmith’s, it is situated in one of the oldest parts of St Just and provides easy access to the towns facilities.

Accommodation – The ground floor comprises a large lounge area, dining room and well equipped kitchen. On the first floor bedroom 1 (approx 18’ x 12’) has a double bed, bedroom 2 has two single beds and bedroom 3 (box room) has one single bed.
There is also a spacious bathroom.

Facilities – Electricity is included in the rental price. Heating is via night storage heater and an open fire in the lounge. Bed linen and towels are included. There is a washing machine, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, television with integral DVD player and further television for playing videos. A travel cot is available for families with small children as is a backpack style child carrier and basic pushchair. A range of beach items including a windbreak and buckets and spades are at the cottage.

Local Facilities – St Just boasts four good pubs, two café / restaurants and a range of small shops. There is a vibrant community of artists and hence a number of galleries. A regular bus service runs to Lands End, St Ives and Penzance, where there is a main line railway station. Other places of interest in the immediate locality are the 15 th century church, Plen an Gwary (ancient playing place), which is pagan in origin and is one of only three that remain, Cot Valley and Cape Cornwall. The area’s tin mining past is evident throughout the area and in many ways fashions the landscape. No visit to St Just is complete without a visit to the sandy beaches of Sennen Cove, which is a ten-minute car journey away or, for the more ambitious, a stunning coastal walk away.
