Curlew Cottage is a traditional detached granite cottage in the small farming hamlet of Trevescan within 5 minutes of the glorious Sennen Cove to the north and Lands End to the west.  A short walk from the cottage will take you to the Cornish costal path and the beautiful Nanjizal Bay. The delights of the spectacular Cape Cornwall peninsula, the Minack Theatre, St Ives and the Isles of Scilly are all a hop, skip and a jump away!

The entrance porch leads into a comfortable open plan sitting/dining room with a feature inglenook with cosy woodburner and TV, DVD player and stereo.  The kitchen to the rear is well-equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven and microwave.

There are three good sized bedrooms, one double and two twin and the bathroom has a shower over the double ended roll-top bath.

To the front of the cottage is ample parking in a private driveway for 4 or 5 cars along with spacious gardens.

To the rear of the cottage there is a fully enclosed grassed child-friendly garden looking across open countryside with al fresco dining/bbq area and garden shed for storage of beach equipment. And for your convenience there is a well-hidden outside loo!

This is a comfortable retreat for family and friends in a tranquil location ideal for surfers, walkers, exploring the breathtaking west Penwith peninsula or just getting away from it all.
