The cottage sleeps 6  and comprises 3 bedrooms; a king, a double and a twin-bedded room which can accommodate a cot / single bed, each with new pocket-sprung mattresses, beds and bedding, accessed from a large open landing area with sea views.

There is a newly refurbished, fully fitted,  bathroom with over-bath shower.

There is a large lounge with solid wood floor, beamed ceiling and wood-burning stove, newly furnished with settees and chairs, television and dvd player. Broadband Wi-fi.

Across the hall is a dining room with seating for six, off which there is a separate completely newly-renovated kitchen with all new appliances, crockery and cooking utensils, and a utility area with new washing machine and freezer. 
New electric storeage heaters installed throughout.

Outdoors there is parking for 4 cars at the front of the cottage, and at the rear, double garden consisting of a lawn and a patio/seating area, fully enclosed and private.
There is a small UNCOVERED POND next to the seating area.

This property operates a FRIDAY changeover.
