The annexe to the main house is part of a working smallholding on the edge of moorland. It is approached by a half mile long lane, which peters out into a track which rises on to Kenidjack Moor.and the Tinners Trail
It nestles with five other dwellings in a valley which is sheltered and very quiet. The annexe has in its time been a cowshed and a tractor barn and now a self contained unit. It is ideally suited for couples and small families who share an interest in all things country although within only a few minutes drive, or 25 minute walk to St Just.with its shops, supermarket, pubs, restaurants and galleries.
The ground floor annexe offers comfortable and friendly accommodation with direct access from private car parking space.
It comprises of a living area, with sofa bed & Sky TV. with attached kitchenette, double bedroom with ensuite and small single childs bedroom. The kitchenette has a full cooker, fridge, microwave, steamer toaster and all the other items necessary for food preparation. We provide all linen except personal towels.Laundry available.
