It is ideally situated within an easy walk of the beach, heliport, bus and railway stations and town centre. It is just a short drive to the North Coast and the popular town of St. Ives . Gulval village is an excellent base to explore the magnificent West Cornwall coast, delightful coves and villages. We recommend bringing a car to make the most of your holiday.

Location
Take the A30 to Penzance , at the Tesco roundabout go straight on towards Penzance . Approximately 500 yards after the roundabout, turn right signposted B3311, Gulval and St. Ives. Continue to follow the road round until you see a large Methodist Chapel on your right. Turn right here into Trevarrack Road and Trevarrack House is right opposite the Post Office. On street parking only.

Accommodation
The accommodation consists of a cosy Lounge with granite feature open fireplace and archway, well equipped modern kitchen/diner supplied with ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine etc. One double bedroom with king size bed and one twin bedded room. There is a new fitted bathroom suite with bath and shower over. Heating is by electric storage heaters and logs and coal are provided in the winter for those chilly evenings. Well behaved pets are welcome.

Please note: This property operates a Sunday changeover, Linen, bathmats and tea-towels are provided – no towels. Cot available on request.
A welcome pack is also included of milk, sugar, tea and biscuits on your arrival.
